Unfortunately, we do not practice the type of law that offers free consultations. Free consultations are associated with contingency cases, which we do not do.

Where are you located?

We are located just off the 4-way stop in the town of Gladeville, TN on the Mt. Juliet and Lebanon city line.

Our office is open by appointment only. We do not take walk-ins.

We accept Zelle, PayPal, or cash (we will give you a receipt for tax purposes). At this time, we do not accept any other payment types.

All services must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

What is your payment policy?

Prior to a consultation, you will be sent a payment request. Payment must be made prior to your scheduled consultation. Consultation clients do not receive agreements. Paying for a consultation does not mean that I am representing you on your case. You are paying for legal advice during that consultation only. If I feel that I can help you, an agreement must be signed laying out the terms of our attorney-client relationship.

If you are purchasing flat fee services, you must pay in advance. You will be sent an agreement to sign that describes the nature of the work that is covered by the flat fee agreement. It must be returned with your payment.

Please be aware that all fees paid are NONREFUNDABLE. A non-refundable retainer/fee means that if you decide not to continue with the agreement for services, no refund of amounts paid will be issued. This non-refundable retainer/fee is received in exchange for reserving the attorney’s time for the services to be provided, turning away other clients, the immediate availability for attorney to complete the services, and any specific services performed upfront (consultation and evaluation).
